Why Everything Was Moving Like Crazy This Morning

We had a busy pre-market session - the S&P 500 was rockin’, bonds were seeing tons of volume, and even the greenback was in play courtesy of the Bank of Japan. Governor Kazuo Ueda hiked Japan’s interest rates for the first time in 17 years. NIRP is over! 

The NASDAQ was heading south - people taking yesterday’s AI-driven profits. It rebounded slightly and made up some ground by the middle of the day. Let’s take a look at what was driving all this action…
