A Major Rotation Is Officially Underway

Stocks were barely holding onto their overnight gains… and then they lost their grip. Investors are coming to grips with the fact that inflation isn’t going away anytime soon. We got some economic data that backs this up; producer prices came in higher than expected, while retail sales were weaker than analysts predicted. 

For the past few days, the bond market has had my attention, and a trend is shaping up there: selling. That’s the inflationary environment.
