Meet the "guys" destroying your favorite stocks

Professor Jeff Bierman said this as he was showing me the completely baffling price action on a really popular stock tens of millions of people hold.

I didn’t believe him at first but after a couple of minutes watching the chart, you could see the algorithms just absolutely destroying the stock.

In a way, the machines were destroying the wealth of the people who owned it. It’s pretty chilling when you get down to it.

So Bierman and I decided to get up and do something about it. He asked me to publish him whenever he saw the algorithms hitting important stocks… and taking regular human investors off the field.
