Why Today's Rally Petered Out

The market tried hard for a move higher today, and it almost worked… until around midday when it stopped moving. The sectors and mega-caps we need to truly ignite a rip-your-face-off rally just can’t catch a serious, sustainable bid. The signs for this were there even in pre-market trading. Here’s what I saw…
