Why I'm Sitting on 50% Cash
New Market Video Update

Hey there, Gianni here.
I just booked 37% gains on Palantir and 40% on AMD.
Both were full Trinity trade positions. Both hit our exact targets.
And you know what I'm doing now? Raising cash.
Sitting anywhere between 20 to 50% cash across various portfolios.
Why?
Because utilities just became the best performing sector over the last month, and that's not a celebration - it's a warning signal.
The Utilities Red Flag Everyone's Ignoring
Here's what everyone's missing: when utilities lead the market, selloffs follow. Earlier this year when we saw the April blow-up, utilities were leading beforehand too.
I've been getting the question a lot in Theo Trade chat - "Has the defensive nature of utilities changed because of AI infrastructure spending?"
It's a good question, but when money flows into the most boring, defensive sector in the market, smart money is getting nervous.
From Rally Leader to Risk Manager
I've been bullish for months.
We were very early in this rally, getting aggressively long coming out of the April 7th lows. But over the last few weeks, my message to Theo traders shifted completely: stop getting more aggressive. Instead, tighten stop losses, book profits, raise cash.
Today we're seeing exactly what I expected - semiconductors getting hit with fresh tariff headlines. After our impressive run, this is the perfect catalyst for the pullback I've been positioning for.
Where the Real Opportunity Is Hiding
While everyone's worried about tech, I'm seeing the setup I want in precious metals. Silver spot is outperforming gold spot. Silver miners are up just about as much as gold miners. When silver leads gold, that's not defensive positioning - that's speculation.
I've already increased exposure in the Trinity trade and added to the Million Dollar Challenge portfolio.
The Fed's Next Asset Bubble
September rate cut odds are 90% plus. Powell's got months left, and the Fed's about to blow another massive asset bubble. But first, we get this 5-8% pullback that everyone's going to panic about.
If you want to know my asset rotation playbook, what I’m worried about, and my capitol allocation strategy…

Ciao from Italian mountains,
